    RJ was friendly and punctual! He worked quickly but also thoroughly from what I can tell. The carpets are still wet but they seem very clean. If all dries well I would DEFINITELY use them again!

    Great customer service, price, and convenience. From requesting a quote, to them picking up my area rug, cleaning it offsite, bringing it back, and helping lay it out in my living room…..it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and streamlined every step of the way, and the price was incredible. My rug is a standard purchase from a big box store, and I was getting Persian rug quotes that far exceeded its value. Im very happy to have found a company that offered exactly what I was looking for; because the alternative was to save money by buying a new one.
